Little Worries

Poem:

As we live our lives, there are bound to be

Worries we shouldn’t let loose on a “spree.”

It could be far worse — far worse than we think

That somehow we stand on some perilous brink.

Doubtless, indeed, there are ups and downs

Synchronizing with our laughter and frowns.

Twinges of pain and discomfort are such

That require no need for a prop or a crutch.

Consider the heavy, life-threatening woes

Of those that know no sweet repose.

So, let little worries out of the way

And walk in life’s sun each precious day!
