Mother Nature

Poem: her sweet

Pure and unsophisticated,
Nature’s bosom cries out
To be caressed, crying
To offer her sweet
Nourishment and warmth;
Crying not to be forgotten
Or ignored; she stretches
Out her tender and supportive
Hands like a mother,
Gentle and concerned,
Helping her child, unsteady
On its feet, keeping it
From straying away or
Stumbling;keeping it safe
From jeopardy and harm.
Sweet Mother Nature!
Sweeter than honey!
In whom abides
The nectar of the gods.
